3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
   3.1. Users are responsible for providing accurate information, attending scheduled sessions, and actively participating in the program.
   3.2. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account information for all purchases made through our site.
   3.3. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. PAYMENT, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
   4.1. All fees are due in advance of service provision.
   4.2. Finality of Payments: All payments made to Social GPS are final. By completing your purchase (which includes but is not limited to submitting payment information, clicking "purchase," "submit," or any equivalent action indicating your intent to finalize the transaction), you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions. If you choose to cancel your participation in a Social GPS program or package, you remain obligated to pay the full amount agreed upon at the time of purchase. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, except as outlined in our Money-Back Guarantee policy. Any requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing. This policy applies to all programs, packages, and sessions without exception.
   4.3. Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a money-back guarantee subject to the following conditions:
      a) The user must have followed all advice provided by Social GPS.
      b) The user must provide tangible proof of having implemented the advice.
      c) Request Timeline: The money-back guarantee is valid for 5 days from the date of the final consultation. Requests for refunds must be written and made within this period; verbal requests are not accepted..
      d) Consultation Feedback: Clients requesting a refund must participate in a follow-up consultation to discuss what didn't work and why the desired results were not achieved.
   4.4. Non-Attendance: Failure to attend scheduled sessions or participate in the program does not relieve you of your obligation to pay for the services. We are not responsible for refunding or crediting fees for any missed sessions or lack of participation.
